Arbitration and Waiver of Class Actions
You agree to resolve any dispute with Credit1Solutions through binding individual arbitration and waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The arbitration will follow the rules of the American Arbitration Association. We may reimburse up to $300 of your arbitration filing fee.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and design are proprietary to Credit1Solutions or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written consent.
Limited License
